Slow Burn Video, Part 1

Well, folks, here it is -- my first ever YouTube video! Please try not to laugh too hard. ;-) I'm still in the early stages of learning Video Studio, so the quality isn't exactly stellar.
This is the first part (of three) of my Slow Burn workout on 7 January 2011, and includes squats, which I am doing on Level 6 with 104 pounds added, and hamstring curls, which I'm doing on Level 5.
The TotalGym has an adjustable incline, so that you can change the percentage of your body weight that you're lifting. Level 1 is the lowest, Level 6 is highest. Some models allow the addition of extra weight when Level 6 is not enough. As you can see, I managed nine reps on squats, so I get to "level up" next time. This means I need to add more weight, since I'm already working at Level 6. I did seven reps of the hamstring curls, so I should have leveled up on January 12, but I just didn't feel ready for that. (I still managed another 7 reps that day.)
Part 2 of this video, which I hope to post soon, includes pullups, shoulder presses, and flies. Part 3 includes bicep curls, pullovers, and dips. Stay tuned!
